Update: 21 arrested as far-right groups, counter-protestors clash in Quebec City

The Quebec City Police force (SPVQ) has arrested 21 people in connection with duelling protests taking place in the city.
SPVQ spokesperson David Poitras said these individuals were preparing to join the protests and commit violent acts. He did not say whether they were associated with any of group.
In a tweet, the SPVQ said it had seized “disguises and knives.”
