Tourist in critical condition after hit-and-run on St-Laurent Blvd.

A 30-year-old man was injured in a hit-and-run in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The man, a tourist from Florida, was found in a downtown parking lot on the corner of St-Laurent and de Maisonneuve boulevards. He suffered severe head injuries and is in critical condition at the hospital, the Montreal police said. 
Major crime investigators determined that he was the victim of a hit-and-run. 
Police were alerted about the incident around 2 a.m. They have not yet determined whether
