The Snap: Alouettes' offence sputters again

EDMONTON – Two games into the season, the Alouettes’ offence continues to struggle.
Missed opportunities came back to haunt Montreal Friday night as it suffered its first defeat this year, 23-19 to the Edmonton Eskimos before 31,828 Commonwealth Stadium spectators.
The Als have scored three touchdowns and 36 points through two games and have a 1-1 record. The Eskimos are 2-0.
Both teams’ offences started sluggishly. Either that, or both defences were great.
