Schukov: What’s it going to take to make West Islanders use public transit?

I have often said (arguably) the most recurring news headlines in the West Island relate to real estate development; stuff like building over green spaces, densifying neighbourhoods, and makeovers like what to do with a big nunnery on prime peninsular land.
