Schukov: Quebec needs an overhaul of old school thinking

I was intrigued by a recent article in the Montreal Gazette: “Opinion: To lower Quebec’s drop-out rate, make school more challenging by Noah Stevens (poet, historian, teacher) on Aug. 2. The operative word here is “opinion.”
