Quebec's the province with the lowest rate of cannabis usage: study
Quebec is not a province of potheads, a new survey from Statistics Canada suggests.
The National Cannabis Survey, which the agency is conducting once every three months in 2018, asks Canadians 15 or older if they’ve consumed cannabis in the previous three months.
Only 10 per cent of respondents from Quebec answered in the affirmative. Quebec is actually the only province listed below the national average of 14 per cent. Nova Scotia, with 20 per cent, had the highest rate of cannabis
