Quebec's public-school dropout rate continues to lead the country: study

Quebec’s public schools are recording a graduation rate below those of other Canadian provinces and the situation for boys, handicapped students or pupils with learning difficulties is worrisome, a study conducted by the Institut du Québec suggests.
The study, made public Wednesday, notes that the high-school graduation rate in Quebec is 64 per cent and has not improved for almost a decade. That rate is about 20 percentage points lower than in Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
