Quebec extends Uber pilot project, infuriating taxi drivers

The Uber pilot project, scheduled to end Sunday, is being extended for another year by the new Legault government.
The Transport Ministry said the extension is intended to allow the collection and analysis of additional information on the services offered by Uber Canada, as well as to continue the study of the impact on taxi transportation services.
