Quebec election: Liberals promise third Quebec City-Lévis link
A long discussed third link between Quebec City and Lévis would go ahead if the Liberals are re-elected, party leader Philippe Couillard said on Saturday.
The “troisième lien” was first proposed in the 1970s.
The Couillard government announced a study into the project in December 2017 and Liberal candidates have said the goal is for construction to begin in 2026.
