Quebec election: CAQ's financial plan doesn't add up, Couillard says
TROIS-RIVIÈRES — Liberal Leader Philippe Couillard slammed his two main rivals Sunday for what he called an unrealistic financial framework and the fanning of unfounded fears on the future of French.
