Paper mill employee found dead in Quebec City

The Quebec workers’ compensation board is investigating the death of a  56-year-old man Saturday morning at the White Birch paper mill in Quebec City.
Quebec City police said preliminary findings indicate the death was not the result of a criminal act.
A colleague who had stepped away for a few minutes found the victim  unconscious shortly after 6 a.m.
Efforts by first responders to resuscitate the man were unsuccessful.
