Opposition needs (another) new name, as Mouvement Montreal snapped up

The official opposition at Montreal city hall, defeated Nov. 5 under the banner Équipe Denis Coderre pour Montréal, will have to wait a bit longer before changing its name. The party was informed this week by Quebec’s director general of elections that their choice — Mouvement Montreal — had already been taken.
