Newcomer Logan Shaw will join the Canadiens in Boston

The Canadiens are replacing one Shaw with another.
After the Canadiens announced Monday that Andrew Shaw would be out indefinitely with a lower-body injury suffered during Saturday’s 4-3 shootout loss to the Boston Bruins, they claimed centre Logan Shaw on waivers from the Anaheim Ducks. The two players aren’t related with Andrew from Belleville, Ont, and Logan from Glace Bay, N.S.
