Mouse infestation causes Ikea branded marshmallows to be recalled
A possible contamination due to a mouse infestation forced the recall of marshmallows of the Swedish brand Ikea that were sold in Canada.
The 100-gram GODIS PÃSKKYCKLING treats may contain harmful bacteria, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) said in a statement released late Tuesday.
Potentially contaminated marshmallows were sold in 2018 at Ikea stores in Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Manitoba and Alberta.
Ikea Canada asks those who purchased this product not to consume it.
