Montreal this morning: Clouds before the storm

Environment Canada forecasts that the day will get off to a cloudy start and hit a high of four degrees before precipitation kicks in during the afternoon. 
Between 15 and 25 milimetres of precipitation are forecast for Tuesday night, when temperatures will remain in the region of four degrees.
