Montreal election results: Projet Montréal pulls off upset in east end

While most of Montreal’s east-end boroughs seemed to be sticking with incumbents, Projet Montréal appeared to be pulling off a major upset in Mercier—Hochelaga–Maisonneuve, early results showed.
