Mayor's Walk in Pierrefonds-Roxboro has a message to send

The Mayor’s Walk in Pierrefonds-Roxboro is introducing a new element this year. The annual walks will highlight an important issue. This year’s walk, which sets out from Bois-de-Liesse Nature Park, Saturday at 10 a.m., focuses on supporting efforts to combat violence against women.
Mayor Jim Beis will lead the 12.5 km walk through the borough. There is a break for a bring-your-own lunch at the Marcel-Morin Community Centre at noon and the walk will end at Grier Park, between 2:30 p.m
