Man in his 30s is stabbed in downtown Montreal

A man in his 30s was transported to the hospital after a getting stabbed in the upper part of his body Saturday evening, Montreal police said.
Police received a call around 6:45 p.m. about an altercation between two men on the corner of Ste-Catherine and St-André Sts.
The victim was conscious when he was transported to hospital and his life is not in danger, police said. The man was not collaborating with police, providing little information about the incident.
