Man arrested after corpse found in Côte-des-Neiges apartment

A man was arrested on Sunday after Montreal police officers found the body of a woman age about 90 in a state of advanced decomposition in a home in Côte-des-Neiges.
A call was made to 911 at about 4 p.m. concerning a corpse found in a dwelling on Barclay Ave., near Decelles Ave.According to witnesses interviewed by the police, the woman’s body was discovered by the building’s janitor while he was checking the apartment during maintenance.
