Lafontaine tunnel to be refurbished in four-year project

If you think there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for major road construction projects, think again.
Transport Quebec announced Tuesday it will refurbish the Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine tunnel, a four-year project starting in 2019. The cost has not yet been determined.
