Kramberger: We need an open debate about bullying

Bullying seems to be an ongoing concern for West Island parents, with some even going so far as to change schools for their child.
Bullying is a label often given to incidents ranging from teasing, peer conflicts, insults and psychological abuse to outright physical intimidation. Officially, it’s deemed bullying when an individual or group of students repeatedly harass another youngster.
