Investigation launched after ATV collides with police car

Quebec’s independent investigations office (BEI) is probing the circumstances surrounding a collision Wednesday between an all terrain vehicle (ATV) and a squad car on patrol in the northern Quebec community of Kuujjuaq that left three persons injured.
