Help is on the way for kids with learning difficulties: Quebec education minister

Quebec’s education minister says the extra resources promised for children with learning difficulties will be available come September.
Visiting a Montreal elementary school Monday morning as the school year begins, Sébastien Proulx told reporters that the 1,500 extra resource persons — whether teachers, technicians or special education professionals — would be available next month.
