Brendan Gallagher was the Canadiens’ most valuable player on the ice this season and now he’s being recognized for his off-ice work.
On Monday, the Canadiens announced Gallagher is the team’s nominee for the King Clancy Trophy, which is awarded “to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community.”
