Former Parti Québécois leadership candidate Alexandre Cloutier quits politics

Another top Parti Québécois politician is leaving the ship. 
Lac-Saint-Jean MNA Alexandre Cloutier will announce he is leaving politics Tuesday.
Cloutier, a former leadership candidate, will finish his current mandate and not seek re-election in 2018.
