Former CEGEP teacher dies after ingesting substance in Quebec courtroom

Nicolas Boudreau, a man in his 50s who tried to commit suicide in court in Quebec City on Wednesday, has died.
The Quebec City police department confirmed that Boudreau died after being being taken to a hospital.
On Wednesday morning, when Judge Christian Boulet sentenced him to six months in jail for a child pornography case, Boudreau swallowed an unidentified liquid substance.
Boudreau, a former chemistry professor at the Limoilou CEGEP, pleaded guilty in April 2016 to two of the three ch
