Félix Auger-Aliassime wins Tashkent Challenger

Montrealer Félix Auger-Aliassime won the Tashkent Challenger tennis tournament on Saturday.
The 18-year-old beat Kamil Majchrzak of Poland 6-3, 6-2 in the final of the US$75,000 event in the Uzbekistan capital. Auger-Aliassime had to win three qualifying matches and four in the main draw for the title.
Ranked 128th in the world (Majchrzak is 178th), Auger-Aliassime is now 2-1 in ATP Challenger-level finals this season.
