— The five-month ban on through traffic on Mount Royal started yesterday. Only a limited number of vehicles, like emergency vehicles, buses, and funeral cortèges, will be allowed to use a 550-metre stretch of road between Beaver Lake and Smith House, near the chalet lookout. Until Oct. 31, cars will be allo
