Ex-FLQ member Rhéal Mathieu on U.S. no-fly list

A former member of the Front de libération du Québec (FLQ)  was surprised to learn his name was included on the American no-fly list.
Rhéal Mathieu was not allowed to board a flight from Montreal to Paris in 2015 because, La Presse reports, the United States will not consent to Mathieu flying over its territory. 
In 1967, Mathieu was sentenced to nine years in jail on several counts, including involuntary manslaughter for his involvement in the bombing of a factory
