Ex-FLQ member on American no-fly list

A former member of the Front de Libération du Québec (FLQ)  was surprised to learn that his name was included on the American no-fly list.
Rhéal Mathieu was not allowed to board a flight from Montreal to Paris in 2015. The cause of that refusal, La Presse reports, was that the United States will not consent to Mathieu being in an airplane over its territory — even for just a few minutes.
