Editorial: English-speakers are fellow Quebecers, not a threat

Francophone Quebecers have always been concerned about their survival as a linguistic minority. English-speaking Quebecers get that. It's why most of us have made our peace with the Bill 101, even if we might rankle at the pettiness with which it is sometimes applied.
