Duncan: Your municipal vote matters on Nov. 5

With municipal elections occurring all over Quebec just over a month from now, I thought I’d ask if readers give a hoot and whether you’ll be voting, I ask because according to trends, a significant percentage of eligible voters will not put an X or a check mark next to a candidate’s name next Nov. 5 at hundreds of polling stations across this province.
