Dorval citizens skeptical about city's $15.1-million bid

The uncertain future of the McConnell Woods property once again dominated question period at Dorval’s city council meeting Monday night.
Hopes of preserving the 540,000 square foot property, which includes prime waterfront on Lac St.Louis, were quashed recently when the city announced it had been rebuffed in its purchase bid.  
The city had offered $15. 1 million for the majestic property, which is evaluated at about $11 million.
