Couillard promotes gender equality while surrounded mostly by men

Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard made a point of promoting gender equality during International Women’s Day on Thursday, but did so at the head of a provincial trade mission to France composed almost entirely of men.
And according to Couillard, that optic proves there is till work to do when it comes to opening up certain career paths to women.
