Construction strike: Quebec tables back-to-work legislation

QUEBEC — While the Quebec government moved to end the costly construction strike on Monday, it also announced it is giving the two sides in the dispute a second chance to negotiate a deal within the next five months.
Failing that, the government will call in an arbitrator to impose a deal.
