Construction commission's pension plan review request rejected

The Tribunal administratif du travail has rejected the Commission de la construction du Québec’s (CCQ) application to review the decision on a case relating to worker pension plans late last month.
In their decision, the Tribunal said the Commission did not appropriately alert its members of the changes made to the pension plan in July 2014.
