Car fire in LaSalle under investigation by arson squad

Montreal’s ongoing series of car fires continued early Tuesday, with the latest occurring in the borough of LaSalle.
The incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m., when police received multiple calls to 911 saying a car was on fire on 90th Ave. near Radisson St.
Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene and extinguished the flames but the vehicle was a total loss.
The cause of the fire remains unknown and no trace of its having been deliberately set has been found. Police have been unable to fi
