Bloc Québécois dissidents won't return to party

OTTAWA — The seven dissident Bloc Québécois MPs have rejected the offer of leader Martine Ouellet to return to the caucus and will announce Tuesday they are definitively cutting ties with the party that got them elected in 2015, Presse Canadienne has learned. They have not excluded the possibility of forming a new party.
