Bas-Saint-Laurent man wins more than $33 million in lottery

A young Bas-Saint-Laurent man won more than $33 million in a lottery draw on Wednesday.
Jérémie Gagnon was playing a video game late at night when he decided to check if he had the winning lottery ticket, Loto-Québec said.
Learning that he’d won the Lotto draw, Gagnon called his father at 3 a.m. to tell him the good news.
