Athena Gervais: Missing 14-year-old in Laval has been found dead

Laval police confirmed they found the body of a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday.
Athena Gervais had been reported missing by her family since Feb. 26. Gervais was last seen leaving her school in the city’s Fabreville district at lunchtime that day, but did not return to class or home.
Firefighters found her  body in a stream behind the school just after 4:30 p.m., said Laval police spokesperson Genèvieve Major, adding that Gervais was not visible from th
