Anglos don't feel like full-fledged Quebecers, Kathleen Weil says
QUEBEC – The province’s English-speaking minority does not have a strong sense of belonging to mainstream Quebec and that has the minister responsible for the community worried.
One day after announcing the creation of a government secretariat devoted to dealing with the concerns of minorities, Kathleen Weil said she was struck by the feelings people have expressed to her during the early stages of a swing through the province.
