All is forgiven: Montreal library amnesty nets 4,327 late documents

More than 4,300 documents were returned during Montreal’s three-week library amnesty, the city said Thursday.
Between June 2 and 22, library users who returned late items faced no fines. 
Here’s what the city’s 45 libraries managed to recoup:
• 3,674 books• 384 movies• 104 magazines• 89 games, toys and video games• 76 CDs
The library network had expected to recover just 600 documents.
