Animal cruelty charges for Ontario farmer after 1,200 pigs found dead

A hog farmer faces eight animal cruelty charges after more than 1,200 dead pigs were found in a Southwestern Ontario barn, where another 250 had to be put down on the spot because their condition was so dire.
