Some Toronto residents running into confusion at polling stations in Toronto

Some voters had difficulties casting their ballots in the election on Oct. 22. In some cases, voters said they didn’t receive their voter information cards. When they turned up at their regular polling station, they discovered they had to go elsewhere. Katherine Ward reports.
