Repeat offender who killed Scottish pedestrian in Toronto hit-and-run gets 4.5 years in prison

A 44-year-old repeat offender with 53 prior convictions has been sentenced to 4.5 years in prison after striking, killing a pedestrian in downtown Toronto in 2022.
