Premier Doug Ford muses about moving up Step 2 of COVID-19 reopening plan

The Ontario government is rapidly approaching the vaccination targets needed to move onto the next step of reopening. Many are calling for an early move to the stage which will open thousands of more businesses, but with the threat of the Delta variant many are cautioning against moving too quickly.
