Potentially life-saving leukemia treatment comes to Canada

In an attempt to save their son’s life, a Newmarket family turned to the U.S. – booking a then 10-year-old patient with leukemia for an experimental treatment. But it’s only available there. Now the therapy has been finally approved in Canada. Jamie Mauracher reports.
