Police investigating after man found dead in driver’s seat of SUV in Richmond Hill

A man who claims to be the victim’s uncle says his nephew, who lives in Toronto, was driven to the location where he was found by the suspects and says the victim’s roommate was also tied up. Catherine McDonald reports.
