Hundreds come together to remember Arnold Chan, Scarborough-Agincourt MP

A funeral was held on Saturday to remember the late Arnold Chan, who passed away earlier in September after a battle with cancer. As Erica Vella reports, family members and politicians shared memories with the Scarborough-Agincourt MP.
