Parks department investigates feral domestic rabbits

The Parks department for the City of Airdrie Parks is currently assessing the population of feral domestic rabbits within the community.
The City is asking for help from residents to report sightings to identify the problem areas.
Feral domestic rabbits are house-pet breeds or descendants of house-pet breeds that have somehow been released to repopulate on their own.
They are not related to jackrabbits native to Airdrie. “We’re looking for information about neighbourhoods in which wi
